Are there any shipping rates? 

Shipping rates will vary depending on the location and distance.

In how many days will the ordered item be shipped? 

We always try to deliver the ordered item on time. Usually, it takes 2-3 days, depending on the courier and transition process. 

In the case of international shipments. Are there any customs fees or taxes?

Any Customs and Import Fees on an Order are the customer's responsibility. Customs and import costs are not the responsibility of First Organic Baby.

Any Discounts or Coupons? If so, how to apply them? 

We offer a 10% discount to our customers with the coupon “ORGANIC10”

What are the payment methods available? 

We accept credit card and wire payment methods.

Note: All orders can not be canceled once shipped. Please make sure you're placing the order. We reserve the right to send the follow-up product of a product.

Custom fees have to be paid by the customer.

What are Exceptions and non-returnable items?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Firstorganicbaby is not in charged for any damages on parcels nor destruction by official order(e.g. customs).

Any Charge Back based on this will not be accepted by us.
