Refund policy

To achieve a hassle-free process for our customers, we offer return and refund services to all customers( followed by our policy). You can request or raise your queries regarding the same via the below-mentioned points:

- We offer return and exchange services within 4 weeks of purchasing
- The item should be in new or unopened condition to return or exchange
- The item must be returned unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging in which it was given to you
- We also require a receipt or other type of proof of purchase
- This excludes food products, sale items, gift cards

    To initiate a refund process, please follow the following process: 

    To begin a return, please email us at customers@firstorganicbaby.com. If we accept your return, we will email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to deliver your shipment. Please note: Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be processed.

    Damages or issues

    Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you received the incorrect item so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and personal care items cannot be returned (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for unsafe substances, flammable liquids such as cosmetics, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding your specific item.

    Final Word

    We will notify you after inspecting your refund and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. You will be instantly reimbursed using your original payment method if you are authorized. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
