The instant coffee is gluten -free. First, the individual ingredients are partially painted, roasted, roughly ground and mixed. The roasted and chopped ingredients are then brewed, creating a strong coffee extract. The powder including the adhesive white prolamines and glutin (which form gluten together) are not water -soluble and remain in the filter. The grain coffee is already gluten -free. In the next processing step, the still liquid extract is instantiated, i.e. brought into the fine powder form by spray drying, which is filled. In order to ensure that no gluten and no gluten residues are contained in the instant products, Naturata regularly carries out analyzes-the gluten content is always below the detection limit.
