Extra crispy! The grain comes from local farmers and is freshly ground.

In the dough shop, the ingredients are kneaded into a smooth dough. The dough is then rolled out thinly, the pretzels are then cut out and left to rest in the fermentation tunnel. The pretzels then go through the cold lye bath and are sprinkled with fine salt. Now the pretzels are baked in continuous ovens, checked and packed.
