The fine composition of lupins, rye and zichories makes this coffee replacement a unique and balanced pleasure. When choosing our ingredients, we value the highest quality. Lupines, rye and zichories are grown in Europe. The lupine coffee gets the special caffeine kick from Guarana and the subtle sweetness gives it Maissirup. Caffeine content: 10 mg per 100 ml of lupine coffee with guarana. Due to the special manufacturing process, the instant coffee is gluten -free. First, the individual ingredients are partially painted, roasted, roughly grind and mix. The roasted and crushed ingredients are then brewed, creating a strong coffee extract. The powder, including the adhesive white prolamines and glutin (which form gluten together), are not water -soluble and remain in the filter. The lupine coffee is already gluten -free. In the next processing step, the still liquid extract is instantiated, i.e. brought into the fine powder form by spray drying, which is filled. In order to make sure that no gluten and no gluten residues are contained in the instant products, Naturata regularly carries out analyzes-the gluten content is always below the detection limit.
