Kanne organic enzyme ferment cerealing®-this is 100% fermented organic bio-grain bread, gently dried and ground into a mildly sour powder. Kanne enzyme ferment cereals® contains minerals, amino acids and vitamins. The vitamin B12 was created during natural fermentation and not added. It is included with an average of 2.0µg/100g. This means that 75 g already cover 60% of the daily requirement of vitamin B12. Without additives - of course organic and vegan we recommend 2 teaspoons twice a day. This amount can be combined with different meals.
