Humana Electrolyte Fennel is a mineral mixture to quickly compensate for mineral and fluid losses in diarrhea. It is suitable for infants, children and adults alike - and should be taken within the first 6 to 12 hours after symptoms appear.

Any diarrhea can be a sign of a serious illness. If it lasts longer and/or the general condition is impaired, particularly in infants and small children, diarrhea, especially if accompanied by uncontrollable vomiting, can quickly lead to severe symptoms (clouding of consciousness, shock). Therefore, a doctor must always be consulted when treating infants and small children with diarrhea.

Humana Electrolyte must not be used in the case of renal insufficiency, metabolic alkalosis, uncontrollable vomiting, clouded consciousness or shock, severe dehydration and carbohydrate absorption disorders (monosaccharide malabsorption).

Properly dosed
Humana Electrolyte is used to compensate for fluid losses in the first 3-6 hours on the first day of diarrhea (oral rehydration). Dissolve the contents of one sachet (6.25g powder) in 250ml freshly boiled drinking water and drink warm or cold in portions. Please check the drinking temperature (37°C). Do not reuse heated leftovers.

Note: Humana Electrolyte must not be dissolved more concentrated than specified.
